As a self proclaimed (soft) natural, ruffles makes me feel completely off. But like any other system it's a tool, and if we like something that's not recommended for us, I'll say wear it any way! If you start to combine it with Kitchener's essences (another rabbit hole) it's get a bit more nuanced (or complicated) 😂
