Wow! What a great present! You must have learned so much! 🤩 can you share other topics the course covered? Materials? Cuts?

Also, would you like to start offering styling services? 😃

We covered colors, style and personality, accessories / swimwear / jewelry, vintage shopping and capsule wardrobe, along with the business of personal styling. There is another week of this course to cover proportions and bodytypes as well as other topics, but I did not have time to take both. On the styling services, who knows, but I already have a waitlist from friends and family :D

What an amazing present from your husband! I love your outfits. You look happy, dressed and still relaxed. You own the outfits! And the Dior trench, the color is amazing on you.

I really like that the stylist focusses on her clients style vibe. No rules. And I fully agree on the flattering part. Looking forward to part 2!

Yes, indeed - everyone has a different vibe on how they like to dress! It was eye opening for me :)

The Autumn thing you describe is so common and almost nobody gets the explanation you got. Most people just assume the analysis was wrong, or that they're bad at wearing their own colors.

What strikes me is that Penny's approach is what made it visible. If you type someone by season first, "warm but with cool in the skin" has nowhere to live, so it gets rounded off to Autumn and the person spends years wondering why half their palette washes them out. Working from the dimensions and taking the two dominant ones leaves room for the thing that's actually going on.

The Dior trench with the chills is my favorite part though. That's the actual test, isn't it.
